Directors Dawn and Craig boast over 20 years of experience in hotel design, working with global hotel chains and boutique spaces. The addition of Penny to the roster will support the company’s growth plans.

Penny Simpson said;

“I’m really excited to be taking on this new role at Bell & Swift, I’ve been an admirer of the team’s work for a while and it’s great to have the opportunity to work together. The portfolio of work was a huge attraction to the role, I’m looking forward to working with some really well-established brands and taking on a new challenge with more of a business development focus. It will be great to get a chance to develop my commercial skills and really use my creativity. Having focused on hotel interior design in the past, I think it’s going to be a great fit and I can’t wait to get to know the studio’s clients and get to work.”

Dawn Campbell, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bell & Swift added:

“We’re delighted to have brought Penny on board as the latest addition to the Bell & Swift team. With the tourism industry opening back up it’s a great time to be growing and having the opportunity to take on new projects and client work. With her technical knowledge, project management skills and experience in the industry, she’s a great asset. We’re confident she’s going to be able to hit the ground running and deliver top class results for our clients.”

Penny started her career studying at the City of Glasgow College graduating with distinction before achieving her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Interior Design at Glasgow Caledonian University. Her career took off after a student placement with a design firm in Glasgow helped land her a full-time role with a prominent interior design firm. Over her career, Penny has worked with a host of well-known hotel and hospitality brands including Hilton, Leonardo, Jurys, and JJW Hotels.
