Looking Ahead to 2026

2025 was a year of focus for us.

Rather than rushing forward, we spent time strengthening the foundations of Bell&Swift. We reviewed and refined our processes and procedures, clarified roles and responsibilities across the team, and continued to invest in our people - making sure everyone had the structure and support needed to do their best work.

We also took the opportunity to expand our service offering. In 2025, we established an FF&E procurement service, allowing us to support projects beyond design and through to delivery. Alongside this, we invested in collaborative procurement software that works seamlessly with our design teams, giving greater visibility and transparency across projects for us and for our clients.

This preparation was intentional. It allows us to continue leading complex, large-scale hospitality projects with clarity and confidence as we move into 2026.

Growing with clarity

We believe good growth comes from doing things properly. When ways of working are clear and systems are robust, creativity has the space to develop and projects benefit from better coordination and decision-making.

Looking ahead, our focus remains on the right opportunities rather than simply more opportunities - building long-term relationships and delivering design that works creatively, commercially and operationally.

Designed for complex projects

The work done in 2025 has strengthened our ability to lead large-scale and complex hospitality projects - where clarity, coordination and commercial awareness are essential.

With the addition of our FF&E procurement service, we can now offer a more complete interior design and procurement solution. This allows for greater continuity from concept through to completion and a more streamlined experience for our clients, particularly on projects where scale and complexity benefit from a joined-up approach.

Experience that travels well

Working extensively with branded hotels has shaped how we approach every project. Understanding brand standards, approval processes and complex stakeholder environments is part of our day-to-day work and underpins much of what we do.

As a studio, expanding into Europe feels like a natural progression. Our team is diverse, internationally experienced and multilingual, with many having worked across Europe and further afield throughout their careers. That experience brings confidence, cultural understanding and a practical approach to working across borders while maintaining the consistency and quality our clients expect from Bell&Swift.

Looking forward

As we move into 2026, we’re looking ahead with confidence and a clear sense of direction - building on strong foundations and continuing to do work we’re proud of.

As always, it starts with a conversation. Taking the time to understand each project, asking the right questions and creating spaces that work for our clients and their guests.

If you’re planning a large-scale hospitality project and are looking for a creative and commercial approach or if you’re taking hospitality design abroad and want to work with experienced specialist hotel design consultants who can support both design and FF&E procurement - we’d love to hear from you.
